It's mean that the dissolved impurities in the water as per the spec of the Food and Drug is not over than 500 PPM. But Water Net "purify water" standard is not over than 25 PPM. Could the purify water quality be trusted? Every drinking water vending machines under Water Net use the same standard and was strict inspection as per our standard requirement before the installation for public service. During the service every 2 weeks, our technician would examine the purify water quality and stability. How to examine the water vending machine? The water vending machine is easy use; you have to provide the container for the water after that observes the green light brilliant. If red light brilliant? It possible that the drinking water vending machine still in the process of water production due to the more service. It could effect the drinking water vending machine not able to produces the water instantly after await for approximately 15-30 minute the red light would extinguish and green light brilliant in state. So, it shows that the water vending machine is ready for service as usually but if red light brilliant for more than 30 minutes please call +66 2940 2100, for our service team. The drinking water vending machine would not accept the coin. Please change the new coin because your coin may be decay and observe the red light if red light brilliant, it possible that the drinking water vending machine still in the production procedure. Due to many services and the water vending machine not able to produce the purify water instantly, please wait for approximately 15-30 minutes the red light would extinguish and green light brilliant in state. If coin stuck and no water delivery, what shall we do? In case of no water delivery or the LED display nothing, push the return button the coin would be return.
